What exactly is Light Shifting, in plain language? How are "the Secret" and the Law of Attraction connected to Light Shifting?
Simply put, quantum physics tells us that we are all a mass of vibrating energy and if we could see ourselves under a microscope, we would see a glow of light vibration. Negative energy (emotions) glow at a low frequency, and positive energy (emotions) glow at a high or bright frequency. Bright or high energy attracts and low energy deflects.
Therefore, if we want to attract certain things like money, people, great situations, and things, we need to keep our energy and emotions at the right level of frequency. This is more than positive thinking or affirmations; in order to attract specific things, we need to frame our thinking in ways that we know, others know, and the Universe knows and can interpret what we want.
